It is a great filter app with custom feature. For some reason it is not working with our theme but they have a great customer service. Their technical team fix the app quickly. I appreciate their help!

So far so good. Lots of options on this app so took a bit to dial in. Had some issues on setup and the devs handled it very quickly. No downsides to using this! Site is speedy and it works fantastic on mobile.

The only downside is when manually adjusting organization of options when using meta fields. Every time you update, you need to manually sync the app. This resets the manual orders. Was able to get around this by creating collections, which does not have this issue.

Great support team. Especially to Ms. Helen who supported us all throughout our concerns.

I love this app because their customer service is 10/10!!!!!

I have been struggling with some customisation as I am an IT moron. Helen was the one who had been helping me. She was patient and efficient. She solved my problem so fast.

The app is easy to set up and use, it only took a few minutes! The filters look and work great! The customer service was also extremely helpful and friendly. Helen & David made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and were very fast to reply to any questions I had.

Had trouble setting up and contacted support. Helen responded right away and was able to solve my problem quickly. Highly recommended.
