Smart Product Filter & Search

Clara was very helpful and patient with me when asking to adapt my theme to suit our needs. Only used it for a few hours and am already impressed with the customer service and how this app works.
Just gone to sign up after the free trial and the original price shown was $39/month now its jumped up to $359/month so unfortunately I won't be signing up. Very good model but just a shame it's too expensive.

Used this app just to display variants as separate products. But this app comes with a lot of issues. Several times every week I have to reach out to the customer service because our badges look weird, badges say wrong stuff, the filters are wrong, stuff on the site changes font and colors and so on and so on. They get a 2 stars because the customer service is fast and solves issues even though the issues come back in a few days.

unable to open app dashboard and filter and sort stopped working all of a sudden

The app works and support is ok. However, the collection speed is after implementing the app extremely slow. I am trying right now to solve this with my developer but the support does apparently not help us. As a paying customer I am expecting more.

I am having trouble daily with the app. Every so often the filter decides to disappear from our website!

We use the app on our french and english store, the app crash , collection don't display anymore ( white screen, no product appear or with a weird display ) . This came out of the blue our store is 40% down in conversion rate and nobody is answering because they are based in Vietnam and don't have 24h support. Don't instal you'll save a lot of trouble and shitty customer support. We are trying to roll back to a version without their app to be back to normal.

Don't install unless you intend to use it right away.
I was messing around and decided the app wasn't right for me. But it changed files to my website where the images won't load, video won't show up. Be careful. Even after I disable everything and delete the app, my website would still not work. I was able to fix the problem when I revert everything back to the previous version in the code for the website to run properly. Otherwise, it is a great looking app, I was planning to use it but now I will look somewhere else. www.monstermonitors.com
