アプリだけでは完結できない部分があったのですが、サポートチームが何とかしてくれました！
日本国内で、このアプリに精通している制作会社は少ないと思います。
今、頼んでいる制作会社に不満がある場合は、直接Globoのサポートチームへ連絡するのが一番早く、確実に解決できると思います。
オンラインの翻訳ツールさえあれば、十分英語は通じます！

11時～15時の間で5～6回やりとりでしたが、レスポンスは早かったです。
正直言って、日本の制作会社よりも早かったｗ

There were some aspects that could not be completed by the application alone, but the support team managed!

There are few production companies in Japan that are familiar with this application.

If you are dissatisfied with the production company you are currently working with,Contacting Globo's support team directly is the fastest and most reliable way to resolve this issue.

If only there were online translation tools,English is spoken well enough!

It was 5-6 exchanges between 11:00 and 15:00 Japan time, Response was fast.

Frankly speaking,They were faster than Japanese production companies.

One of the few apps I can find that allows to filter by metafields using a range (i.e. items with a value between x and y). This is the primary reason that I installed this app.

Front end code is fully customizable in code, which is great, though editing the code prevents you from changing appearance using their app management interface.

Support has been quick to respond to issues that I have had - very happy with the service.

We're very happy with the filters and the search engine developed by Globo. It's fast, reliable, very good looking and highly customisable. The customer service team is also very helpful and always happy to assist you with any enquires. Had a couple of issues with the YMM filter from my end and they resolved everything promptly. If you're looking for an app to organise your products for your customers along with an excellent customer service, definitively Smart Product Filter and Search by Globo is the way to go. The customer service was some of the best I’ve ever had! I downloaded this app for a specific reason. It turns out I misunderstood its use but their customer service custom coded my website for me to accomplish the job anyways. Easy to configure. Also, I like that it fits well with the other suite of Globo products like Powerful Contact Form Builder, which we also use.

Support: the team here at Globo did really great with my requests. I had multiple revisions done with this app to make sure it fit with the rest of our upcoming store update and they completed all of them with ease.

App: If you have a store with a large amount of products, this app really helps refine and customise your filters to fit perfectly to each collection. The new storefront I've designed cannot work without this app - it's just too good and has opened up my design options dramatically.

I'm so excited about the features and the seamless integration into my website. The functionalities are superb. Out of the box it visually didn't match my theme, but Helen really helped me very quickly. Within 3 days, extra requests had been processed and all of the visual customizations had been done.
