Customer Service is awesome, features are very useful & worth the money. You can customize almost everything to your need. 10/10 recommend!

We use the app on our french and english store, the app crash , collection don't display anymore ( white screen, no product appear or with a weird display ) . This came out of the blue our store is 40% down in conversion rate and nobody is answering because they are based in Vietnam and don't have 24h support. Don't instal you'll save a lot of trouble and shitty customer support. We are trying to roll back to a version without their app to be back to normal.

This app and its dev team have been amazing. The ability to add new filtering by metafields is incredibly useful. The customer service I've received thus far has been responsive, quick, and effective. Highly recommended.

Best search app on the market, after having tried multiple apps which lacked the needed functions especially with certain characters. Support very good fixed problems with minimal fuss.

The overall app experience is good. I am using it to add filters on my main store collection page. There were a few bugs that I experienced but the support team helped me fix them. I do feel that the support can be a lot better as I had to wait quite a bit before getting a response and had to contact multiple times for the same bug. So overall great app, but the customer service needs improvement.

Amazing App. Filters and customizes in so many ways from tags to collections and more to exactly what I want and how I want it. I had an issue integrating it into my site, but a quick message and support fixed the issues quickly!
