The overall app experience is good. I am using it to add filters on my main store collection page. There were a few bugs that I experienced but the support team helped me fix them. I do feel that the support can be a lot better as I had to wait quite a bit before getting a response and had to contact multiple times for the same bug. So overall great app, but the customer service needs improvement.

App: If you have a store with a large amount of products, this app really helps refine and customise your filters to fit perfectly to each collection. The new storefront I've designed cannot work without this app - it's just too good and has opened up my design options dramatically.

This app is amazing. It allows for much better customization than my default Shopify theme's filter. What's even better, however, is the customer service; I had some trouble integrating the app into my theme, so I sent them an email. Even though it was over the weekend, they quickly responded and resolved the issue before it was Monday. I even asked them for help integrating another app of theirs within the same email thread, which was annoying of me, and yet they were still kind and resolved the issue quickly. Definitely give it a try, I highly recommend it :)

We would leave a 8-star review if we could!! Really great app, it does exactly what it promises. Filtering and searching our collection become super smooth. We did notice an immediate bump in conversion rate that we attribute to starting to use the app, so financially also starting to use the app makes total sense. What interested us as well a lot is the ability to show Variants as individual products on the collection pages, which is somehow difficult to do (we're on the Prestige theme) but for our products to show-off the various colorways of a t-shirt for example, quite essential. The app does this smoothly. Final cherry on top is the absolutely stellar support team: Helen and her colleagues are very fast to reply, very friendly and follow-up on even the craziest / most challenging requests, until they are solved. There are other apps out there that offer good support, but the Globo team really takes it to a whole other level!!

I am new user of this app and has some issues installing as it is not one of their supported themes (meaning it overwrites some of my theme styling on collection pages). I wrote to them explaining the situation and within a day they had gone into my site and edited the code to get the application running just as I hoped.

Initially I had actually tried a similar app from a competitor and had the same issue - after writing to the competitor they were not willing to edit the code to fix the issues and I was turned away so I was delighted that Globo were more than willing to put the work in to help me.

Yet to test out the full functionality of the application but on the surface it looks perfect for my needs and the service couldn't have been any better - highly recommend!

I added Smart Product Filter & Search app by Globo to my website almost two weeks ago and replaced other filter app from other company.
The system is much easier to use and more dynamic, option for multi language, the support team helped me all the way with specific issues that were related to my website and there filter so it will be completely integrated with the design and the site.
All this support was even before I was subscribed and only in trail mode.
