The overall app experience is good. I am using it to add filters on my main store collection page. There were a few bugs that I experienced but the support team helped me fix them. I do feel that the support can be a lot better as I had to wait quite a bit before getting a response and had to contact multiple times for the same bug. So overall great app, but the customer service needs improvement.

Helen was a great help with creating a custom style that fit with our brand theme for our collection and search pages. A quick turn around too, for something they offer at no additional charge!

Customer service team goes beyond the need to help their customers. First off, the app has helped customers shop our wide array of products. Second, this app was hindering another app, and Globo’s support team went above and beyond to help out so I could keep this filter app.

We needed a filter that could be customized for each Collection based on Tags, but didn't want all our Tags showing up. Smart Product Filter & Search allows us to do that easily and intuitively. In addition, Customer Service was fast and capable for the small customizations we needed. For example, we didn't want customers to have to scroll to see all the options. CS took care of this need quickly.

I've tried several apps to set the filter and this app is the best among those apps. Recently I had an issue while changing my theme into a higher version and I've got full support from the staffs :) Almost realtime response!

This app has caused our store to show "no products" in all of our collections about 10 times now. Each time, we are told they have addressed the issue and that it won't happen again. Unfortunately, it keeps happening which is forcing us to look elsewhere. When the app works, it is great, but if it is not, it completely ruins the entire website. The support is good when they answer, and they are on the other side of the world from us which causes the issues to take a long time to get resolved once we email them.
