Smart Product Filter & Search

Brilliant and fast customer assistance. I have installed two of their apps on my website and they are both great, functionality wise and asthetics. I had a one little hiccup integrating one of them on my site and the support team was quick to help me and very polite - very happy, thank you!

This app is great and we use it for all of our Shopify stores.
It supports sufficient sorting rules that we need.
I must say the app has made it incredibly easy for my customers to find exactly what they're looking for on my website, which has led to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the exceptional customer support. Helen is always there to help. She and the team are incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or issue, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the app's performance.

This app really helps when you look for more functionality within your Search or filters.
I had a quick customization request to change the first picture that was shown on the filter page to show the first product picture and not already the specified version.

After a quick message to their support and granting them permission they were able to quickly solve my request.

10/10 would Filter again ;)

I think the filters are working properly on our store and the support provided by Helen was fantastic. She fixed all the errors in the filters. She provided quick responses and the issues in the filters were resolved.
