The app does a great job providing user friendly filtering options. When I have reached out to the developer they are very responsive and fix problems quickly. The only negative is that I have had the app fail on several occasions. It wasn't until I notice the failures and contacted Globosoftware that the issues are addressed.
The app is nice a simple to use and the support team incredibly helpful. But what is desperately needed is merchandising rules to search results. The ability to promote and demote products based on something like product tags would be a huge improvement to the current search results. The hide option is not viable as it will hide the products from the site completely. The accuracy of the searching is also wildly inconsistent. More layout options for the pop outs such as choosing the order results appear in would be great as well as an option for customers to choose the number of columns in category and search pages.
Although the app can occasionally have bugs, the customer support is solid (thanks, Clara) and issues are resolved promptly.

Seul bémol : il faut synchroniser manuellement l'app chaque fois qu'on fait des modifications à nos collections (collections automatiques) car ce processus ne se fait pas automatiquement. Ce serait bien que cette synchro se fasse automatiquement à intervalles réguliers.
Rocky start but overall great customer service! I do wish some of the stuff was more intuitive but overall still a great product & team!
There are tons of benefits to this app and really just one con: there is no real documentation on how to implement, configure, and customize your filters. If you're a DIYer using the app, you will need to work with their support team. The upside is, their support team is very efficient.

The filters work great, are easy to setup, and their team is always quick to respond and help with any issues in our configuration, implementation, and guidance on customization or any other particular questions.
The app does get extremely expensive depending on your catalog size, but our site could not work without it, and the competitors do not offer a comparable experience.
It's a good app which is intuitive to use and any bugs that occour do get fixed by a manual refresh or by the support team (special mention to Helen)
This app worked great for us for many years! Today we had our first issue and Helen solved the issue in a minute! Great customer support and product!
In our opinion this is the best attribute filter app on the store.
It has been working flawlessly in our store since day one. It provides great flexibility in setting up the attributes, new features are being added all the time, and we are really love and rely on the Metafields support.
The support team has been exceptional.
