So happy with the app that suits perfectly the expectations. Strong UX & easy to implement. In addition, support is really efficient and has been really fast to fix faced issues.

This app is a must have with great features and even better support! We needed an auto part fitment with year, make, model with custom theme drop-down filter, which worked by using product tags. Helen was able to get the custom modifications done in a short amount of time. Superior customer service, and a very valuable app for our business. Helen has been instrumental in helping us setting up this app as well as other search features. We are very pleased with how it works. We do not have any conflicts with other apps being used, which we've experienced with other search fitment apps in the past. A+++

Hi, I can recommend the app "smart product filters % search" for themes that do not offer filter options. It is straightforward to use. The support is excellent - there were a few difficulties with the theme style - but they helped me quickly and reliably. They have a great and courteous support team. Now everything works as I expected and the styling fits with the whole site. Thanks for that!

Excellent Filter setup - exactly what we were looking for to create multiple tag filter sets. Tech support was extremely helpful and responsive. Helen was very thorough and went above and beyond to get us up and running. 10/10 - definitely recommend!

The app is easy to set up and use, it only took a few minutes! The filters look and work great! The customer service was also extremely helpful and friendly. Helen & David made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and were very fast to reply to any questions I had.

This app is incredibly useful and great *when it is functioning properly*. By far the best option I was able to find in the app store. However, time and time again I am running into issues with the development team. Each time I request a relatively simple fix, not only is the problem not fixed, but a whole slew of new problems are created. This is now the second time this has happened to me with this app. The first time we managed to get everything sorted after over a month of back and forth/constant issues. It was very time consuming and frustrating, but ultimately I was very happy with the end product. Now several months later I am having some new issues and running into the same headaches as before where each time I ask them to fix something they just end up causing a handful of new problems. I'm not sure what the disconnect is here but I'm really hoping that my current issues can be fixed in a timely manner. I just had to spend an entire working day going into my theme files and fixing code that they altered which resulted in the mobile view layout of my store being unusable. Very disappointed at the moment but hoping that they will redeem themselves and I can come back here and change my review to 5 stars. I desperately want this app to succeed as my storefront would not be the same without it, but they need to be better with development support across the board. An app that I pay for should not be causing more problems than they fix per each help request.

5 Star for the support team. They are very responsive.

I wish they had pricing breaks for if you had multiple stores or subdomains. It can get quite expensive if you are using it on multiple stores.
