Awesome app! It is very customizable. it works real time and has many options for filters. It has lots of functionalities I was not counting on. It works super fast for filtering and searching. You can take a look at my store Movo Novo.

We had issues with the integration process as it wasn't agreeing with our theme. I emailed the Globo support team and they were incredibly fast and helpful in getting the problem solved. Special thanks to Donna:)
Overall the app is easy to use and is exactly what we were after!

Our experience so far with this app has been amazing!! It works as intended, is extremely easy to install and customize and when we ran into a couple features/styles we wanted updated, the developers were extremely responsive, fast and accurate in making the updates. We have a very large catalog and the search works quickly. It's a must have for our site!

We wanted to love this but we will be switching to another app. You have to manually sync the store every time you re-order a collection BUT the biggest issue is that their servers are constantly going down and it has left our site with no products on it until they fix their issues. I would click on a product page and it would show we have no products at all. We have several hundred. They reply via email several hours later and they have a Skype number to call but no one picks up. This is a huge problem when you are losing tons of business because you are relying on this app to show your products on the site. The capabilities are a little basic too. Please trust our word on this and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Good to use. The Globo support team's response is relatively fast. If you got some questions about the apps or some functions don't work, they would like to help you to solve the problem fastly.

I absolutely love this app and totally recommend it! Smart Product Filter is a dream to work with, the filter works really well as does the search function. The customer support is the best I ever experienced on Shopify they work quickly to solve issues and even customize it to make sure the app works as we wanted to be displayed. They are the kindest, most responsive, and completely effective. 10/10 would totally recommend! I am not only using the search and filter app but other apps from Globo and all work excellent.
