The suddenly stop syncing. We tried for 8 hours. Contacting support only got one response to allow them store access after that nothing. They support is not available after hours I am guessing. After the support was reached in the morning they were able to fix they issue.

I added Smart Product Filter & Search app by Globo to my website almost two weeks ago and replaced other filter app from other company.
The system is much easier to use and more dynamic, option for multi language, the support team helped me all the way with specific issues that were related to my website and there filter so it will be completely integrated with the design and the site.
All this support was even before I was subscribed and only in trail mode.
Thank you for everything ! very recommended !

Application has stopped working, no advice why, not able to get support. They do not offer 24/7..
Today is a disaster as none of my products are showing on my website, they have all gone. So many lost sales today and i cannot contact anyone

Best support I have ever received for a Shopify app. I needed to make some changes to the app. For example make it dark theme. They made all of the changes that I requested within a few hours! I have used a ton of Shopify apps and most of them don’t even respond. I’m very impressed!

Had a problem with not visible categorys in my sidebar. Support helped me out within minutes, all solved, all working fine now. ***** app and ***** support
