The Smart Product Filter & Search app has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s incredibly intuitive and has made it much easier for our customers to find exactly what they’re looking for, resulting in improved sales and a better user experience overall.

A special shoutout to Helen from the support team, who went above and beyond to fix our issue. Her response was fast and efficient, and she resolved the problem in no time. I highly recommend both the app and their exceptional customer service!

When the previous App I had been using for several years just vanished one day, it left my website unable to function at all. As someone who knows very little about the tech side of the business I turned to the help team at Shopify who recommended this App. It was the best advice. This app has been great. I have been using it for a short period of time and so far, it has been everything I am looking for and more. Customer service is top notch. I had an issue with the layout I tried to work out, come close, just couldn't get it right. Reached out to support, Helen from Globo reached out to us very quickly jumped on our site and made it just how we wanted the look and feel of it. Huge thanks to Helen and Global support. Keep doing what you all do best.

Quick anser from support. Some features should be updated:
when a customer searches for a product by typing it in the search field, he ends up on the product page.. It is not possible to switch from the product page to the catalog of other similar products if the customer wants to compare the selection quickly and easily

Good customer experience! Even add the spinner that we need to eager load the products!
