Smart Product Filter & Search

We are building a 65-category, 15,000-SKU IT hardware catalogue on Shopify, so before designing our filter architecture we needed hard answers: metafield registration limits, whether import merges or appends, what the export actually contains, how backups work. Clara answered every question precisely, fast, and without dodging the inconvenient ones - and sent a sample import file so we could see the format for ourselves. That level of straight technical support is rare and it saved us weeks of trial and error.

We are still early in our rollout, so this review is mainly about the support.

But the capabilities we have verified so far - metafield-driven filters and full XLSX export/import of the filter configuration - are exactly what a large, multi-category catalogue needs, and what most filter apps do not offer.

We run a saree store with a few thousand products and many color and fabric variants. Smart Product Filter & Search handles that well, and the fabric and color filters have been a real improvement for customers.

Clara on the support team was quick and patient when we set up color swatches, and pointed us to a settings page we couldn't find on our own.

This app is super helpful for my customer. The functionality I give it a 5 star but in terms of design that are still limitation and things that we can't do.

Also their support is super helpful especially Clara.

また、何よりも開発元のGloboはサポート対応が120点で、迅速・丁寧・柔軟に対応してくれます。

バグや不十分な部分があることは否めませんが、相談すればすぐに開発チームに共有され、修正されるため、私はGlobo自体を厚く信頼しています。

シノニムについてはメタディスクリプションで設定しないと成立しなかったため、今後の機能実装が待たれますが、現状でも十分優秀なアプリだと思います。

Problematic - conflicts with your theme. It always has issues showing products on our website costing us sales. We contacted support and got no response. We have now moved over to using FilterIQ

This was my first time installing this software, and I wanted to implement front-end filtering and recommendation display. Initially, I wasn't familiar with it, but customer service was very enthusiastic and dedicated in helping me achieve the desired functionality. Although I haven't finished customizing it yet, I'm already looking forward to the features that will be available later. I hope that after the aesthetics are improved, it will enhance user browsing and conversion rates. I hope it will be error-free when officially used. During the trial phase, the team's response was rapid and their service was excellent! Five stars.

Really happy with the support on this app. After installing, the filter widget wasn't rendering on my collection page — my theme's built-in filters were showing instead. Clara responded quickly, requested collaborator access, and had her technical team integrate the app with my theme properly. Issue solved.

I'm not a developer, so being able to hand it over rather than editing theme code myself made a big difference. Clara was clear and easy to deal with throughout. Thank you!

Smart Product Filter & Search has been a game changer! I wanted to display all variants for a single product at once and have a robust color filtering system - this app did the trick!

The support team is responsive and has solved the few issues I ran into. I rated as only 4 stars because the variant and color filtering stopped working and needed their developer to fix. It took about 4 days to resolve, but the Support team was emailing me daily with updates. Still highly recommend.

I ran into a problem where my metafields wouldn't show up on the frontend even after I clicked "Sync Now." I tried multiple times on my own but couldn't get it to work. Clara was incredibly patient in helping me troubleshoot, guiding me through each step, and even reconfiguring the sync system for my store on her end.

Following her advice, I tried syncing a few more times, and the issue was finally resolved! The entire process was smooth – quick responses, clear explanations, and genuine support.

Estou gostando do APP. Apesar de encontrar algumas inconsistenção em relação ao meu tema, mas tirando isso, o app é otimo e o atendimento também.
