Smart Product Filter & Search

Simple and really flexible app -- got great custom implementation support from Clara. We launched a new Shopify site using a custom 3rd party theme for Shopify. We've used the app for a good while and found it easy to expand out filter options over time. We have a very large amount of SKUs, so we need a lot granular filters that can nest easily within different categories by both tags and collection. There was a visual bug with the app's product/collection card layout overriding out new one and the team quickly made some tweaks for free. Clara was the team member who helped; super quick response time (less than 10 min back and forth email chat). Recommend for stores with similar filter needs.

This app does what it says it will, and whenever I need support, the team are quick to respond on chat and email.
It can be a little finicky to finesse, but it works well.

It's a truly useful app. It's professional at filtering. They've even implemented the most challenging feature, filtering using shopify metafields. This feature isn't available in most apps anyway.

More importantly, it has a team that's fast and resolves all your issues. I sent maybe 20 emails a week. They handled everything I asked for without any problems. Thank you so much.

I’ve been using this app for several years across multiple stores. It works well for managing filters and tags, especially if you handle a large number of SKUs with many variants. The support is fast also. Good app!

We have been using this app for a while and appreciate the additional features it offers our customers. There was some issues with the app but Helen & Clara helped us fix it! They were both very nice and professional. I appreciate their help. Luckily, this all happened late for our customers, and they were online to help via Chat.
