Smart Product Filter & Search

Great app and great fast support. I have used the app for many years now. I did only recently have a small problem that occured in the search field, that lead to the search field did not working properly, i contacted the support right away and they solved the problem in less than 30 minutes without hesitation, amazing! Thank you, can recommend! :-)

When this app is working, it works great - but when it's not working, it doesn't sync automatically, and when it does it sets all of our product settings back to default, so I have to log a ticket to have them sort it (which can take a few days). The app must be down at the moment because I can't even access it, subsequently some of our pages are taking actual minutes to load. Had to download another app to speed the website up just to be able to make sales still while we are looking for an alternative. It's rare this happens but when it does its a complete nightmare.

EDIT: Have since spoken with Helen who has helped improve our experience and has been a big help. All issues seem to be sorted for now, fingers crossed it stays this way!

EDIT (2 years later): Since speaking to Helen 2 years ago, this app has been working perfectly since. If I've had to log a support request for anything, it's resolved quickly and properly. Pleased we stuck with it - if you're having problems, log a ticket and they will help!

Excellent support. I encountered an issue when setting up the app and reached out to technical support. They were amazingly helpful and figured out exactly what I needed to get my site working.. and fast!! I highly recommend this app if you want to be able to filter products on your site.

The support team is really quick. They resolved my issue immediately. Would definitely recommend them.

App was down and all items in our collection pages are not loading, customers unable to place orders. Support was quick to resolve this.

The app works great for what I wanted for my store (filter and product display options) and the customer service team is quick to respond.

The app works as it should. But even better is the support. Always available and helpful. Had a couple of problem with some settings, and the support solved the within couple of hours.
