Smart Product Filter & Search

Works well for collection page filters and search. There's been quite a few instances where it overrides other apps and interferes with functionality, but the support team is responsive and is always able to find a solution. Being based in the US, it can take a while for the back and forth since support is overseas.

Great app that means i avoid the need to code. Highly recommend. Support is also great when things aren't quite working right. Clara helped me within minutes of submitting a support request. Definitely worth giving a try

Had an issue with our filters not showing up after a theme update. Clara was able to get all our filters working again in no time, and provided guidance on how to troubleshoot future issues. Very helpful and responsive support

Fatal, la use 10 minutos, me desonfiguró todo el theme, la borré y me cobraron el plan mensual. Es una estafa no la descagueis porfavor. Le escribo y no contestan.

Search on web mobile stopped working completely. This impacted our conversion drastically. We contacted them via form in the app and via email. No reaction.

By now, we have received the first reply: it is the weekend and the development team is only available during Vietnam office hours.

I recommend strongly to stay away from this app as they don't seem to understand what it means if your search breaks and they definitely won't fix it during non office hours..

If you are looking for a really good search application for your store - it's your best choice.
It is really smart, for our parts store it matches exactly what are you looking for, even my customers now calling me less.

Also filtration is so good if you know how to setup thing, but still if you don't know how to, their team is always online and helping.

So fair price for such a product

Stopped working all of sudden yesterday and none of the collection pages were loading affecting conversions. Had to disable the app. Extremely disappointed

I had a few hiccups and things I needed to work through before launching this app and their team was super helpful getting everything taken care of. We are finalizing a few things but so far the customization abilities and the upgraded search and filter capabilities look like they are going to provide a huge boost for us.

A powerful app with great support! We changed to a different theme and needed some tweaks to make the app work the way we wanted. Clara was helping us out with fast replies and soon the app was working exactly as we wanted with our theme.
