The App is working well and compliments our website. The support team response was very quick and satisfying.
The support is very fast and professional and help me solve the problem, The app do all the filter I need for my products even with the metafields.
My app just suddenly stopped working. You cannot search for or sort anything!
I am not happy about this. This app costs too much for something like this to randomly happen. My customers have no way to search my products which means I will lose orders and I just began running ads.
This needs to be fixed immediately.
We tried to send you email last Saturday morning (GMT +7) but haven't heard back from you.
Did you recently switch your live theme to a new one or Update your current live theme? The filter was not showing up because the App Embed in the Theme Customize was being DISABLED.
We have enabled it for you and the filter tree is showing up properly as usual.
We are awaiting your comments on this.
We use this for the product filtering capabilities and love it. Pretty easy to use, especially when using manually selected tags. Had an issue with the slider feature and their customer service was super prompt and did a great job.

The app was easy to install and use, and instantly improved the functionality of our site significantly. There was a small error, but it was quickly recovered thanks to solid customer service. This is a great app that can greatly improve the default collection page and increase the value of the customer experience.
