Multiple menus can be created and allow you to group products according to tags. The application is good, but the support is very laborious, many exchanges to obtain a result, changes made quickly without thinking!
They also couldn't get two of their apps to work together. A change to one caused problems on the other. I was forced to choose this app and uninstall the other for pre-orders.
I does not show all my products and often takes hours to update when I add new products. I lost many sales because of this app!

This app is incredibly useful and great *when it is functioning properly*. By far the best option I was able to find in the app store. However, time and time again I am running into issues with the development team. Each time I request a relatively simple fix, not only is the problem not fixed, but a whole slew of new problems are created. This is now the second time this has happened to me with this app. The first time we managed to get everything sorted after over a month of back and forth/constant issues. It was very time consuming and frustrating, but ultimately I was very happy with the end product. Now several months later I am having some new issues and running into the same headaches as before where each time I ask them to fix something they just end up causing a handful of new problems. I'm not sure what the disconnect is here but I'm really hoping that my current issues can be fixed in a timely manner. I just had to spend an entire working day going into my theme files and fixing code that they altered which resulted in the mobile view layout of my store being unusable. Very disappointed at the moment but hoping that they will redeem themselves and I can come back here and change my review to 5 stars. I desperately want this app to succeed as my storefront would not be the same without it, but they need to be better with development support across the board. An app that I pay for should not be causing more problems than they fix per each help request.
I tried to reach the customer service and wait for whole day but no one reply. If you change the product ratio you need them to help you to change. But no one reply.
