Excellent service from Helen and the dev team at Globo. They went above and beyond and sorted out some issues that didn't even apply to their app. And the app is great - provides a myriad of filtering options.
This is an update from my previous review. As I mentioned before, this is an amazing app but it gets better. I had a little glitch in my filter and they really went above and beyond to fix everything for me. I mean they did EVERYTHING in such a professional manner. It was incredible how quickly the task was completed. Helen was an enormous help. Thank you so much!~ I just love this app! It makes it so easy for my customers to find what they are looking for. We've been using this app since we launched our store, it provides the complete shopping experience. We have over 100 teas on our website, so it was critical to have a good filtering system in place for our customers to browse. One year in, we added a Sample variant that made all the prices $0.01. Support team was excellent in helping us fix how the pricing was displayed in the app. There are so many great features and formatting options available too. App is very user friendly and fully customisable for each collection, You use the Optional Variants as filters and integrates well with most themes. Customer Service responds in a timely manner and are very helpful with fixing issues. Only minor improvement is documentation when setting up colour filters but they do have an Info page that is very useful as well. Would recommend this app.
