Fantastic customer support, we have been using this app since we started with Shopify. Over the years we have had a couple of small issues. Both ended up being user error on our part. I'm using several Globo apps and despite their great Software I want to highlight their superb support. They even helped me with code that was not directly linked to their app (but affecting it) where other agencies would have asked me to pay for. Always fast responding, friendly and supportive.

Globo customer service is top tier. I need to have coding updated on the app so that our Thank You page can run seamlessly with Shopify's new updates and they completed the job within 24 hours.
