I recently started using this app for my Shopify store and I'm very happy with the support and the app. The support has been outstanding, I received a response to my questions within a few hours and the support team members were very helpful and friendly. The app is also very easy to use and it has allowed me to improve the customer experience for my store significantly. The App is always up to date on the latest changes made by Shopify and support is very knowledgeable. Seldomly is there an outage or issue they can not correct within an hour.
Great responsive service. They were able to add extra metafields as well as alter the app to be able to use variant metafields as filters. Had a few other minor issues that they fixed as well. Very happy with it so far! We have not launched out site yet and we have a bit more to do, but so far very happy with it.
