This app is an absolute disaster, hands down the worst we've ever encountered. The customer support is a joke; they are completely unhelpful and seem indifferent to our issues. Installing this app was a colossal waste of time and money, and we regret ever giving it a chance. Stay away and save yourself the frustration!

The features are extremely useful and detailed. For example in the filter you can have a filter inside a filter to give you an extremely sophisticated filter solving all your filter needs in case of a huge and variety full catalogue. Moreover the search is intuitive and covers almost everything. They give you a ton of other small features like infinite scroll, sorting according to availability, not showing the products out of stock and more. All this with a very smooth and easy to use interface and excellent excellent customer support. Livia was amazing ! We're new to using the app and had a couple of minor issues implementing it ourselves on the site. We got in touch with support and they were on it!!. The speed and service have been incredible, and the app does exactly what we want it to.

This app is great, they provide great filtering abilities as well as search. Their team is great and always is super responsive any time I have a question. I tried other filter apps and this is by far the best. Would recommend!

If you want terrible images and your site speed to slow down tremendously. Then this app will be right up your ally. The reports never work and after over 6 months we can't attribute one sale to this APP. Poor Customer Service. Very difficult to use and they are constantly changing the app that it's impossible to intergrate with Shopify. Not worth the money. I held back from writing this review for over 2 month now and nothing has changed. I would not reccomend this app to my worst enemy.

The main reasons I trialed this app were the positive reviews and the scaling and cost if I decided to run this in my shop. The app was pretty good out of the box. I asked the developers to make some changes for me and they delivered on every single request. I feel like I have best in class filtering and searching now!

This is the best filter search app I've used. I used to use 2 other Apps before but all of their function are not good as this one. A part from this, The support from team is excellent , the team support 1-1 , take care all customer's issue and willing to upgrade follow the Customer's needed. If having 10 stars voting, I do vote for team 10 stars for the quality.

Had to talk to the support in order for them to activate features in the app that seems trivial to have on. But they got it working as expected and we are happy. Very quick and helpful support! Looks and functionality of the filters are nice.
