The chat support was not working, not letting me see replies and also not emailing those replies. However, once I got on email with Vincy & Luna they were beyond helpful and so speedy. I requested 3 visual changes, as I am updating to a new theme and these requests were dealt with effortlessly.
I used to love this app. Upon upgrading to 2.0 theme, my filtered collection pages can only be displayed using Boost design template, which despite my best efforts to customize, looks nothing like my theme.

Great plugin and the team is very responsive to support requests, they have tweaked the output of several different things I needed customized for my store.

We have been using Boost AI Search and Discovery for some months now and we are very impressed with its features and performance. Boost has improved our site search immensely. We have been able to roll out filters with little to know engineering lift. Also, product recs are easy to set up. Customer service is fabulous as well.

Pricing does not match what you see on Shopify. Also their website does not show pricing at all you cannot estimate the price before you are up and running.
we ended up paying 149usd a month, and thats not even the PLUS plan, only essential

Based on our review, your Shopify store is currently using our Essential regular plan, which is priced at $149 per month for 7,500 products. The Essential plan includes all the features of the Basic plan, as well as advanced functionalities such as AI-Powered Product Search, AI-Powered Recommendation, Collection Merchandising, and 90-day Analytics.
It's important to note that our app does not automatically charge customers. The subscription can only be made by customers on their subscription page, where transparent and specific pricing for each package of your store, along with detailed descriptions, are available for your review and approval.
