Great tool and wonderful support. We moved to an expensive tool from Boost filter app a few years ago but the experience was very awful. We moved back to Boost app after two years and cannot be happy with user friendly dashboard and the support we have been receiving. It took only days to go live with Boost app compared to months even though we paid implementation cost to other tool.

This app really did the job for us for a few years.
We're primarily a secondhand shop. We have a big inventory with lots of variation in items so the filtering ability of this app made it easier for our customers to find what they want in large collections.
It's all gone a bit wrong us for with it recently though. The newer version of the app has some nice touches (like infinite scroll) but it also forces you into using their product grid in collections. You can't 'just' have the filters
If you've got a custom font on the site, it won't work.
If, like us, you are using a different image size to the ones they offer you'll have trouble
if you were making amends to the product grid and cards yourself in the code, that ability has now gone
I really think there should be an ability to just use the filters or to revert to the old style of the app. The new version is overreaching in what we want it to do and as a result we'll have to transition to a new app. We don't really want to do that and it's , shame because the filtering (i.e. what we got it for) is PERFECT for our use case.
It's just a shame that the developers have decided that merchants will always want to use their collection product grid settings.

App is great. The support was even better. Had some questions - answered quickly and helped me get this to a place where it worked with my brands unique customizations. Had follow up request and AGAIN got quick support that solved my problem.

The filter works perfectly and we can't say enough about the customer service! They are super quick to respond and fix any issues!
We have a pretty complicated website with so many products to be filtered. This is the ONLY app that can handle properly the filters. If you have troubles or specific problem like us ask for support (Miguel is the top!); they will help you to find the solution. Just buy and install!
The Boost support team were very patient in sorting out some design issues I had after upgrading to Boost version 2. It was all sorted to my satisfaction. Good job!
