Terrible customer service, I have to constantly repeat myself in order to get their bugs fixed and they tried to charge me for that as well. Their customer service rep Jayson is the biggest time waster there is, at one point he wasted an entire month of my time without doing ANYTHING. Look elsewhere, these people have lost their reputation and their competitors are getting ahead of them. I've been a customer for over 5 years and I'm leaving.

This does the job perfectly - multiple choice filtering, custom filters, adapts to yout theme, excellent support - they helped me from initial set up, to tweaking to my design, super fast response. Highly recommended.

I don't know what else to say except that I enjoy its functions, which meet my expectations! No wonder it ranks at the top with the most positive reviews, based on which I chose to try it, and it hasn't failed me. It's an excellent app, except for the plan level, which seems to be a little high. I wish that could be somewhat lower - either increase the product quantity or lower the price. Thank you!

Regarding the fee, one of the reasons why we offer higher pricing than other apps is due to the features and technology we that invest for our app.

Our app offers to filter in the Collection page while allowing different filters in different Collections filtering in the Search page with spell-checking, instant results, and auto-suggest. Moreover, we offer full customization services to adjust the display, making sure it looks perfect in your store.

We also invest heavily in our servers (Amazon Web Services) which allows our filters to work lightning fast (200ms to 300ms/request) and stay reliable for our customers.

Still, we appreciate your feedback on this and will consider it in our future plans.

If you are like me and periodically like to make new collections and sell items from the new collection on the same day, I would steer clear of this app. They have been having issues with their sync function for quite a while now making it to where new collections do not display any products. They have assured me in the past that this is a temporary issue that they are fixing, and yet it persists. If you are more of a planner and your collections are made a while before you will ever send traffic to them, then this app may serve you well.
