Immediate impact on sales once filter was activated! Great communication when I had questioned and adjusted app quickly to fit our formatting needs.

While I am still a fairly new user of this app, and I have been testing other apps as well, the Boost Customer Service team has been second to none. The tools is powerful and easy to use, but the support team is instrumental in helping me achieve the full potential of their tech.

I used this app for product filtering on my shopify store. In comparison to other apps that provide product filtering I have to say this one is slightly more difficult to use and also the price is much higher so would not recommend it because of this as there are better options on the market available. This app also impacted on the visibility of newly added products to my store which was a big issue as customers were not able to find all our products that should have been available. After speaking to Shopify technical department they had said the app had made changes to the code of the theme I was using which was causing the issue. I then had to revert to original version of the theme and rebuild my store again which was such a pain and waste of my time. I would not use this app as it could potentially cause big problems for your store as it did mine and there are also in my opinion much better alternative options available.

It always feels like a leap of faith trusting an app and it developers. I have only had a positive experience with it and its set up - but most importantly the friendly, human support that were able to assist within hours of my request ( and if I am honest going above and beyond "support" and bridging the gap between a developer role ).

We have over 2,000 products and needed a robust search filter. This filter is awesome and the Boost team is awesome! I had a number of questions in setting up the filter and they answered every question. Not only that, but there were a few things I assumed the filter could not do, but I was wrong. It is highly customizable and could do everything I wanted it to. If you need a good filter, get this one! It is worth the price! Don't worry about paying more for this filter than for others. You want something that works. The right filter will increase your sales, thereby paying for itself. It's a no-brainer.
