Customer support has been on point, we have run into a couple bugs with our custom theme and working with Stephen from Boost Support he was able to get it fixed on a dev theme and then live with the fix within a day.

Nice App functions
I needed to have the collection template modified, so I created a ticket. Within that day, I got a response back from the Boost team. They were very responsive and professional, and were able to make the custom code change for me in a timely manner. Thank you Charlie and Oliver for helping!

My search bar was not working, after not being able to figure it out I requested help from the IM messaging. Paola was the rep who helped me and with 5 minutes she helped direct me to fix the problem and then found another problem and fixed it as well. For someone who is not website savvy it helped me so much!
