We spend about $2,000 a year on this app. While it generally works well, the customer support is terrible. They offer minimal help and treat you like an idiot when issues arise. Currently, our prices have shown as $0 for four days due to a sync problem. Despite trying both manual and auto syncs, the issue persists. Jayson from tech support suggested we schedule a synchronization, which we already did without success.

This app has totally been a blessing. Our store has so many different unique and products with varying specs. To give customers and overall better shopping experience we decided to give this app a try, man it was totally worth the try. The support was amazing in helping to get this setup for our store and tweak it to our needs. Anyone thinking about purchasing this app should definitely move forward you will be well pleased.
OK, OK...now 5 stars, they seem to have solved their support issues, the program works very good.
Revising again, as apparently if you are too high maintenance or ask too many questions, they ignore you.

Down to 3 stars, support is inconsistent, app is good. 3 is what they get, and I won't change it anymore. Too many unkempt promises.

Good app, but unfortunately support seems to have dried up...no response to numerous requests over a 2 week period...not good for an app that charges a monthly fee, very disappointing
Otherwise they would get a better rating
Marcel and the rest of the BoostCommerce team were the fastest in replying and the most helpful.
I wanted to imply the lazy load function into the app code and they did that within 1 hour (if not less).
plus the app it self is user-friendly and function exactly as expected.

Great app that is very flexible allowing us the achieve exactly what we wanted. The support is fantastic! I have had many customisation requests and the response was fast and the work was completed without issue. Of all the apps we use on our site their support has been the best by far. I would highly recommend it as a filter solution.
It is convenient and easy to use, but as we have a large volume of products, it is super super slow to load collection pages. Support did not help at all except sorta give me a response telling me how the app is built. LOL.
Cannot fault the apps performance or the support given. We utilise this app across a couple of our Shopify sites, and would highly recommend. Easy to setup and any further customisations required are delivered in a timely manner by Boost Support.
What makes this a great app is not only the functionality but the response and support from BoostCommerce themselves. They respond quickly and roll out fixes or updates without having to be chased. Well worth it.
