I had 2 problems for filter features so I contacted with this app support.
They replied within 1 min and fixed issues immediately. Timeline and communication were really great. Great app features and support.
One issue was not related with app feature but their support team fixed it kindly.

We've been running the filter app for over 2 months now. We had a bit of a rocky start getting the filter auto sync to work properly due to the size and complexity of our store, but we finally have everything stable and running. Support from Tony and his team has been fantastic. They customized the filters to our exact specifications and they continue to make fixes and changes as they arise.If you want the ability to have product filters that allow you to select multiple attributes at once (ex: show me Small and Large sizes) this is the best app available in my opinion. Solid app, great support, decent price.

We really like this app. It provides great functionality, is reliable, has virtually no bugs that we can see and is loaded with great features. The Boost technical support team is very knowledgeable, responsive and always friendly.
Also of note, the page speed performance penalty is relatively small considering the vast amount of functionality the app brings to the table. We really like this app.

This app has done everything it said it would. Installation was incredibly easy and quick. Support quickly helped to modify my images that were displaying a little different. Couldn't be happier! The Prefix on Tags is a big time saver.

Very helpful team with a super fast response. Would recommend these guys over many other filters . The website looks great and is easy to navigate.

Tony is an absolute star. Extremely responsive and incredibly helpful. Our requirement was extremely unique and in order to save several days of effort, he created 50+ sample filter trees for us with filter options. I'm surprised this app is not as popular! Definitely going to recommend it to all Shopify store owners we know who could benefit from such intense collection-specific filtering.

This app is so easy to use !!! We've tried other apps before product filter and nothing compares them with their simplicity. Their support is very fast. They answer and solve a problem in less than a day! Highly suggested

I used this app initially to have a simple search bar with smart results, but got so much more! Hands down one of the best support team I've ever worked with. They are very understanding of my requests and will go above and beyond in making sure their app works well with your theme. Hoping that more devs are as great as these guys.

The app is excellent - a small learning curve for beginners but once you understand the filter trees it's smashing. The support team were very helpful too, they helped up tweak everything to fit our website exactly.
