Boost AI Search & Filter

Excellent app with lots of features. We've used it to create custom dimensions filtering for our catalog of wood slabs and lumber. The support and customer service is nothing short of superb. Very responsive and thorough in answering any questions.

This is exactly the kind of filter app I needed. I had a different one downloaded originally which could only filter by sending the user to a new collection every time, which was not what I wanted. This one lets you filter in the collection page you arrived on, which is so much more user-friendly. The customer support is brilliant, they helped me install the code snippets as my theme wasn't a standard free Shopify one, and got it done within a few days which is amazing. Super easy to use and there are lots of help documents and videos to guide you through it. Couldn't recommend this app more.

The best filter and search app we've used. The design looks great and the search bar on the collection page is exactly what we needed for this store and something not all apps provide. The customer support is great. Dona was incredibly patient and informative in clarifying several points for us. The one improvement we might suggest is bulk uploading data via a csv. file. We couldn't find a help article on this so we assume this is not yet provided. This is the only improvement we could suggest. Luckily we did not need that function for this store and so overall we're very happy and appreciative of this fantastic app and the support provided. Would highly recommend.

The folks at Product Filter & Search are super attentive and helpful. On a few occasions, I've had to reach out to them in order to get an issue resolved. Each time they have responded promptly, and resolved the issue right away. The app is easy to use and helpful. Highly recommend this app and BoostCommerce!

Excellent and quick communication when needing support, Lia was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this app.

App itself is the closest you'll get to the big guys with high functionality and speed. It may not be plug and play depending on your theme but they offer amazing support. Had a lot of issues working with my base theme but Max and Tony patiently worked to get the app working.

If I were to nitpick, I wish you could use duplicate filter types per collection. As far as I know, you can only use something like a tag or item type filter once when you might want multiple of the same to help organize your products. But that may be a shopify limitation.

Also while it was not an issue for us, their great service tended to work overnight (pacific time zone). So we'd ask for a fix one morning, wait overnight and usually got a reponse by the next morning except weekends. So if you're in a giant rush, it might not work but I'd say most apps don't respond immediately either.

I'm sure that every negative star review didn't test this app/plugin properly or contacted the customer service. This is one of my favorite working apps with a convenient and easy interface. The plugin works and looks great on every template and the customer service is the best. Special thanks to John whom helped us with this huge problem caused by several apps. Only he was the one that gave 110% and fixed the issue.

This app has flexible functionality and the customer support is great. Very prompt and willing to assist in resolving bugs and applying customisations.
