It should be called "Boost Filter" because the search is worse than the Shopify default. Try typing more than two basic keywords (category, gender, tag) and you'll get a ZERO result. Even the Shopify native search is better than that! Not sure what exactly they're claiming AI is enhancing because it is not. Filters are good but not worth the price. Support is MIA.

Once we uninstalled, this app completely crashed and removed the products in our collection pages. You can only see the header, the footer on any collection page. What kind of malicious code did you add to your app? Can you fix this mayhem you caused?

TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Their "live" chat is a joke...their response is slow or not at all to email. FOUR REQUESTS to try and solve a simple issue and it's still not resolved. Inability to respond or solve issues even after providing video and screenshots. Clearly their support is overseas as when they do respond it's in the middle of the night here in the U.S. DO NOT USE!!!!!
Maybe now they'll respond. this is what you get when paying them over $200 a month?!

Terrible support AND does not fully uninstall! Boost leaves snippets of code and will seriously mess up your formatting. Lost sales and days of work.

Terrible customer service, I have to constantly repeat myself in order to get their bugs fixed and they tried to charge me for that as well. Their customer service rep Jayson is the biggest time waster there is, at one point he wasted an entire month of my time without doing ANYTHING. Look elsewhere, these people have lost their reputation and their competitors are getting ahead of them. I've been a customer for over 5 years and I'm leaving.

We've been using this app for 4-5 years and the customer support has gone downhill. With our use-case, customers use the search function 70-80% of the time making it a critical part of our business. Version 3 of the app loads much slower than V2. It's so slow that customers often mistakenly use Shopify's native search before the app even loads in. Our conversion rates dropped considerably after switching to V3 that we had to revert back to V2. When we contact customer support the solution they provided is "to wait for the app to load, then use the app's search". How do you expect us to tell this to our customers or change their search behaviour?

If you are like me and periodically like to make new collections and sell items from the new collection on the same day, I would steer clear of this app. They have been having issues with their sync function for quite a while now making it to where new collections do not display any products. They have assured me in the past that this is a temporary issue that they are fixing, and yet it persists. If you are more of a planner and your collections are made a while before you will ever send traffic to them, then this app may serve you well.
