The app works well and the support is fast and great. The only negative is there's no synonym function, which is pretty important for my business and improving our user experience. When they add synonym control, then I'll upgrade to a 5 star.

This app is really great in terms of the flexibility it gives to manage the filters and how they will look. And still if you want some customization, the support team is there for you!

Just one thing that I personally didn't like was the requirement to press the "Sync" button every time we make changes to any product in order to show those changes on the front-end. There should be an auto-sync option.

But apart from that, definitely recommend this app.

Thank you for sharing your concern with us!

Basically, you don't have to manually sync every time you make changes to any product because the sync between our system and Shopify is automatic via a Quick Sync process.

By default, the process runs every three minutes to check and update any modification you have made. Please note that all updates from a store are queued and processed one at a time so it could be a little bit delayed if there are a lot of updates (like thousands) in the queue.

Had to talk to the support in order for them to activate features in the app that seems trivial to have on. But they got it working as expected and we are happy. Very quick and helpful support! Looks and functionality of the filters are nice.

This app has helped to create a better navigation experience for our customers. The tech team is SO supportive and kind! They were able to turn around a request within 4 days. We only wish there were more sophisticated features such as sorting products by color without variants, or showing all swatch variants underneath all product variants. Although the team really takes our feedback to heart and is always improving features.

We've had Boost installed for a few months now. The team have been really helpful in answering any questions and making customisations for us. They are responsive, fast and accommodating.
I wish that there was a solution so that newly listed products showed in Collections sooner, but I understand it sounds like a complex issue that largely comes from Shopify itself.

UPDATED After writing the review the tech support fixed my issue and the website is working fine. Hopefully the filter wont break my website again and customer support helps. Thank you

Great app that I can't live without for my shop's filter and search. There might be some issues with making it match to you theme but the support is quick and helpful!

It always feels like a leap of faith trusting an app and it developers.
