Boost AI Search & Filter

In my online store, I offer both physical and digital items tailored to different markets and regions. To streamline this setup, I needed the app to integrate with Shopify markets. I reached out to support and Simon and Alex provided an excellent solution. While the app didn't initially offer the specific functionality I required, they went above and beyond to assist me. They proposed a straightforward workaround to display or hide specific products from search results, ensuring that my store could effectively cater to customers from each market. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help find solutions beyond the app's current capabilities.

Every CS team I met at Boost was very friendly and responded promptly with practical and easy-to-follow solutions, especially Aron, Jay, Marcel and Luly. I know I listed many names, but they all are great! If there are some customization required, they are very open to hear my needs and help me aim the goal with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Although the more products your store has, the higher your payment will be, but I guarantee all the great features Boost app have will pay off. Try to learn available features and reach out for help if needed. In closing, if I add some wish features, it would be much nicer to strengthen Analytics by enabling to see more than 365 days data as well as individual option/search keywords' performance in depth. Wonderful app, which is very flexible in its settings and features. Filters and search capabilities can be used on all pages or a particular single page. Our needs required some customization and customer support was very open to help us achieve our goal. They provided direct support by adding code and easy to follow instructions via emails. Therefore we highly recommended this app and their services.

Best Filter App in the App Store. Good Service and overwhelming functions. Filter by tags is the easiest way to organize everything.
