Both the filter and the search functionnalities are powerful and easy to use. Fast and efficient support from the team when needed, would definitely recommend.

A great app to use for product filters and search just as the title says. I was a bit worried with installation but, support was immensely helpful. Will D with BoostCommerce when above and beyond to get filters working as expected. This is a must have app for stores looking to expand and provide a better filter and search capability within their site. Thanks BoostCommerce!

Words can't express how frustrating and excruciating Boost Product Filter & Search has been to deal with. 50 emails back and forth of issues their app has caused on our website and their support is still going in circles. This has been going on for 9 weeks and still not resolved. The Boost app for 9 weeks has shown incorrect sale prices on our website (-1350 on sale, -500 on sale, 50% off when something is 30% or not showing on special at all, prices and numbers are all wrong) which is false marketing, unethical and makes our brand look misleading and ruining our online business. The fact this is still going on is unacceptable, and i have requested multiple times to speak to a manager and never been contacted. An ecommence app with teams of support who know nothing about ecommerce. No one knows what they are doing.

Intuitive design, lots of options to make the filters with your store. Support is awesome too, they removed a feature I didn't need from my store in under 24 hours

UPDATED After writing the review the tech support fixed my issue and the website is working fine. Hopefully the filter wont break my website again and customer support helps. Thank you

V3 is a disaster
Boost was so good, a bit detrimental on performance (which they wouldn't acknowledge), but overall had lots of positive features
V3 came along and completely destroyed it. The trial was great, the AI was performing so-so but it was learning. But then they forced an update where the product block on collections became a widget, rather than just replacing filters.
This is an absolute disaster for anyone using more than one template for collections. I really think they should have anticipated this, but they didn't. I'm not sure why this wasn't a forced update in the trial but then it was in the release version. Feel duped into upgrading. Now paying for upgrade but had to go back to V2. Will probably switch to Algolia.

Tony supports his product even in the Trial period (and after of course). The filters worked exactly the way I wanted and were straightforward to set up.

I was originally planning on trying all the filter programs, but didn't bother due to the ease of set up and great support.
