I installed the app and the display of the collection pages was messed up (we use Minimal theme). Contacted developer via email and through a support ticket and did not hear back. After leaving a less than positive review they responded almost immediately. They had replied on 1 February but we did not get that reply. They resolved the layout issue very quickly and now everything looks great.
UPDATE - 11 Feb 2022:
Continue to use the app and now on the new Shopify Dawn theme and it works great. The support is superb - they reply quickly and resolve issues promptly which is obviously very important.
UPDATE - 15 Feb 2026:
I continued to use the app for many years and it worked well. But it has become too expensive for what it is for me. I tested the Dawn theme with the built in Search & Discovery app and can get it to do most of what this app does. Maybe it is worthwhile for some Shopify stores though.

I use this APP to help filter and search Home Plans on 3 different Shopify sites. While it works as advertised it is Very hard to make any changes to the Landing Pages. It adds a TON of JavaScript and CSS to the pages. And it is the leading issue all 3 sites have with performance. It slows the Landing pages down a lot. It does Filter & Search well, but there is a performance and flexibility trade off.

This app really did the job for us for a few years.
We're primarily a secondhand shop. We have a big inventory with lots of variation in items so the filtering ability of this app made it easier for our customers to find what they want in large collections.
It's all gone a bit wrong us for with it recently though. The newer version of the app has some nice touches (like infinite scroll) but it also forces you into using their product grid in collections. You can't 'just' have the filters
If you've got a custom font on the site, it won't work.
If, like us, you are using a different image size to the ones they offer you'll have trouble
if you were making amends to the product grid and cards yourself in the code, that ability has now gone
I really think there should be an ability to just use the filters or to revert to the old style of the app. The new version is overreaching in what we want it to do and as a result we'll have to transition to a new app. We don't really want to do that and it's , shame because the filtering (i.e. what we got it for) is PERFECT for our use case.
It's just a shame that the developers have decided that merchants will always want to use their collection product grid settings.

The app could be more powerful, it doesn't offer many merchandisng or search rules, but the support i received from the team was great.
