Best Filter App in the App Store. Good Service and overwhelming functions. Filter by tags is the easiest way to organize everything.

Super happy with this app! The search function works well on our store and customers use it all the time. We had a small issue recently and they were incredibly responsive and fixed it within hours. Amazing customer service!

Can't recommend this app enough. Does exactly what it needs to do, with applying "and" criteria with multiple filter options, instead of Shopify's native "or" filtering.
And the support team are super helpful, helping us often with custom integrations and design updates, and are always quick to respond.

I usually don't write reviews but honestly BoostCommerce has one of THE BEST customer service teams I've experienced (as a non-technical developer marketing professional). We haven't launched yet but ran into 3 issues (due to my store being in traditional Chinese, having a few products with no pricing aka "free", etc.) and they've fixed all the issues within 1-5 days (5 days because one of the issues was pretty tricky). So I gotta say, THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. I was resigned to learning coding and doing it myself but then you guys are lifesavers!!

Support was almost instantaneous! John got back to me within minutes. There is just one small thing that bugs me about the app. Maybe you guys could improve the way to manually set tag filters? It would be great to be able to just paste in comma separate values rather than manually check of radio buttons. Ither than that super happy with the support and the app!

Jay was very helpful and we got a same day response which solved the issue we were having with out of stock products appearing at the bottom of the page - which was ticked by default.
