I used this app to do OR filtering rather than just the straight-forward AND filtering available natively through Shopify and my Theme.
The support team were GREAT in helping to install it and setting it up has been super simple.
I realized a small issue today (Saturday) and put in a support call. I thought I would have to wait until Monday but within no time at all, the support team contacted me and asked me to check their fix.
I LOVE THIS APP AND I LOVE THE SUPPORT TEAM!!!!!

I have used the app for over a year now. Super Easy to use and has all the functions needed to have the best filter for the customer. The customer support is amazing, helped customize some of the looks of the filter to match my theme (canopy), and did an incredible job on it.

One of the best filter apps out there and the support is just outstanding. They do go that extra mile to make things happen! Only downside for now is that they don't integrate with BazaarVoice yet.
Best app and best support on any CMS marketplace. We save so much time when entering new products with all the features.

the filter and search application offers advanced solutions that are very effective for shopify. His team is reactive and very professional, they are not people who will refer you to general tutorials, but real expert developers who provide solutions! I recommend!

Great product, super quick customer support and good resolution. Only downside is having to manually update multiple menus when using tags as the product filter; all too easy to add a new product and it not be added to the menus.
