This app is a great benefit to our store. It allows our customers to successfully navigate our site to find the products they are looking for, and we have been able to successfully increase conversions while minimizing effort with easy theme customizations and straightforward backend edits. We have a robust store with thousands of skus. This app has been critical to improving our site search and collection page filter functionality. After installing the app, we did experience some issues with our quickshop feature and collection page loading. Jack from Boost's support team was very helpful in fixing the issue and he was great to work with.

The chat support was not working, not letting me see replies and also not emailing those replies. However, once I got on email with Vincy & Luna they were beyond helpful and so speedy. I requested 3 visual changes, as I am updating to a new theme and these requests were dealt with effortlessly.

I used to love this app. Upon upgrading to 2.0 theme, my filtered collection pages can only be displayed using Boost design template, which despite my best efforts to customize, looks nothing like my theme.
