EDIT: The team has addressed the staffing issue, and long support times hampering troubleshooting appear to be getting resolved. As that was the only major issue holding the app back, I can strongly recommend this app. I appreciate their response, and they apparently took the staffing issues and support long times seriously.
I had this app set to five stars until recent apparent staff changes. The app still functions fine, but apparently support has been gutted. If you submit an issue, you will hear back 12 hours later (well after you are home for the day). When you respond, it will be another 12 hours before you hear back. It is a good app, but any bug or troubleshooting is currently a multiple day affair, which is less than ideal. I'll leave it at 3, because it is still good at what it does. It's just no good for troubleshooting in real time or if there is a deadline.

We had an abnormal situation on our collection pages; they will set you up free or charge (we had a good amount of custom - see our collection page here: https://lasersafetyindustries.com/collections/eyewear (notice the +view more dropdown with videos/links).
Worth the time investment. Didn't think it would really be possible but it ended up being. I was trying out their competitor (Globo or w/e it is) but they would have charged like $115 for set-up. Also much worth at getting back to me.
We thank you for the fast support and quality service. We find a solution to every problem in almost five minutes. It also has an artificial intelligence that works accurately and effectively.
Hats off to the support team! They did an outstanding job helping us resolve a complex technical issue that was causing conflicts with our pre-set system. Their expertise, efficiency, and dedication made all the difference. I couldn’t recommend them more!
We've been using the Boost app for a year, and it's been great for rendering our product listings in a more organized and user-friendly way. Also, the support team has been very helpful and responsive with any customization or issue.
Been using the app for a while and we are very happy with how it functions and improves the search experience. When a small issue came up, support were great to communicate with and quickly fixed the problem for us.
Boost is a brilliant app. I tried a ton of others, but none quite offered what I needed. This app does it all.
I only scratch the surface with what it can do in my store, but it's wonderful and exactly what I need.
The team are super helpful and get back to you quickly, with customisations and help when needed. 10/10 highly recommend!
If you have a dev team, or are ready to hire one, then Boost is probably an acceptable investment for you. If you do not, then avoid this extension as there is virtually zero chance you will be successful integrating it into your theme. ZERO chance.
Prepare yourself to read over their code and spend many hours copying over styling from your existing theme - your mileage may vary, but even with a background in this, I've had enough of Boost. You will 100% lose any native theme functionality where there is overlap with Boost, so will need to invest in replacements through new extensions. Wishlists etc, for example.
Dealbreaker for me - Boost hijacks your existing cart functionality which will 100% cost you conversions due to customer confusion and inconsistencies.
Worse yet, their support is an absolute waste of time.

We understand that you've encountered some challenges after switching to a new theme recently. As we mentioned in our ongoing conversations, the new theme is unfortunately not on the list of popular themes that our app is compatible with, which we have transparently shared in our Help Center guide.
We completely understand how important this is to you. Our technical team has put in significant time and effort to provide the best possible solutions, even though the theme is outside our supported list.

Boost is always quick to jump into our theme code to identify and fix issues. We wanted to figure out how to show a second image on hover on a product card and Stephen was able to solve it immediately.
