BE CAREFUL!! This App broke our entire Store!!
We tried to get this app to work but it is constantly breaking our website. We paid for a few months and now had to uninstall it to avoid further damage

I tried to find email from you but it looks we didn't get any support ticket from you. In case of any issues it's enough to disable the app and let us know about the issue. We resolve tickets quickly. We think that cooperation is the key here that benefits everyone. Please let us know what was the issue as the client satisfaction is the most important thing for us. Despite the time difference, Gravity Software is really easy to work with. They have been great helping us fix a compatibility issue with another app. It's easy to use and works great. No complaints.
We have three stores and will soon launch two more. We use this app on all of them.
It offers much more flexibility than just relying on the way your theme presents images.
Plus, we requested a small amount of customisation (just because of the layout of our sites, not because of any issues with the app) and the developer did it far quicker than you could have expected.
We now incorporate this app into the designs of all our websites and will continue to do so.
This is a great app! I couldn't get my pictures to look right with Shopify, but this app solved that problem. Now I have scrolling pictures that look great!! I've used them for a couple of years now and they always respond very quickly and fix whatever issue I am having. Excellent support!
I like this app very much. I tried many versions of variant image selection apps. So far, this one is the only one that shows only selected variant images (even for two variant options) and loads them only for selected variants. Good for UX and page speed. Plus, Adam is very helpful for your custom front-end requests. Makes life easier

I have tried every app out there for variations and this one is the best. This app is very easy to use. It works flawlessly with my theme. The zoom functionality and slide show work great. You can also make your images a youtube or vimeo video by putting the embed code in the alt tag. I needed a new integration with spinzam and contacted the developer. Within in a day he added the new integration for me! Awesome APP! Awesome Support!
This app has worked well in giving my shoppers a great product view experience. I had a small technical difficulty with the upload but Adam went above and beyond to fix it. It's good to know that I can count on their prompt and efficient help whenever I need it. I definitely recommend this app to others.
