Simply great, and the support was fast and really professional, in less than 10 mins the supp9rt fixed some my requests
Who is Tom and how can I reach the support team? we've sent messages to this app with no replies, and a chat bot that led us to this: "In order to keep the subscription price low, we rely on our users to manage the app themselves." Am I missing something here?
Hi there, I'm sorry that you are having trouble getting in touch with the support team.
We understand the installation instructions might be a bit confusing at the moment. To resolve this, we're currently working on adding an automated installation system.
In the meantime, we indeed rely on our users to place the code snippet into the template themselves. However, if you encounter any other issues with the app, please do reach out!
App itself is fine.
There is no support. Developers did not read my email and asked me to explain the problem again then took a month to reply to my email.

Nice app, solved a complex problem with inventory in multiple locations and great support. Recommended.
As an online store with physical locations and local pickup, being able to display inventory was one of our biggest pain points with shopify. This app solved that problem. The developer is very quick to respond and worked with us to ensure it functioned as we needed it to. I definitely recommend this app!
The app makes it possible for our business customers to order goods for which we have longer delivery times because they are stored in another country. This makes it much easier for us to offer these goods at all.
Started exploring this app late this evening, and I had a question around 00:30 and Thomas helped me till 01:30 in the night on a friday, and did exactly what I expected!!! What a service, and the app works great!
