I've had a really great experience with PickStory so far. They have great customer service, I personally worked with Uğur Can and he was very helpful and timely with his responses.
This app has driven more sales for me with the upsell feature - I would highly recommend checking it out.

Just installed it. Had some problems initially but Paulo at customer support walked me through it and now everything's working. Many features. Installed for the Combo functionality but will probably use the other functions too.

We used this app in our store for custom bundle building that our customers love. Although there are some features we'd like to see added, it does work great and the support is outstanding.

Julia helped me to better understand what PickyStory could do and couldn't do.
Knowing all that, I can better strategize what to bundle.

Their team is also super helpful - we reached out via chat and Paulo was able to solve our issue right away! Amazing service.

I was a bit lost on how to implement their tool on my site but they launched my first bundle over chat and sent me a how-to video using my own site for further use. I did one and they verified it was done right but instructed me on how to finish. Very helpful and polite!

Once I got my head around what type of deal would best suit the offer I wanted to display, I found Picky Story a very useful app in our store. I had an issue with bundle prices displaying correctly after an update by Shopify, and Roziel from customer support was a great help. Issue was fixed within 10 minutes. Thanks so much.
