We’ve been loving everything about Picky Story—it’s such a powerful tool! But what really sets them apart is their incredible customer service. Carlos has helped me out more times than I can count, even going beyond the platform’s capabilities to make things work for us. As someone who values exceptional service, I can honestly say Picky Story delivers it in spades. Highly recommend them!

We love the functionality of Picky Story, however the customer service is above and beyond! I've worked with Carlos numerous of times and he has helped me with figuring things out beyond Picky Story's capability! I really value good customer service and Picky Story sure does provide that. Highly recommend.

I had a technical issue which was out of scope for the app but the team managed find a solution and to resolve it for me within a few days! They communicated with me the whole time and we’re so helpful!

bad experience
automatically charge money, no questions, no refund even when you dont use their service at all. Plus the service is not even GOOD
