Excellent Help and customer support, Insanely quick help will recommend. Very good app for bundling also!

I have tried many different apps and Bundles App | PickyStory stood out from the crowd! App offers so many possibilities, I will stick to it. I had loads of questions and the team has been extremely helpful and very responsive, went out of their way few times and done amazing. Can't recommend them enough!

I received support from Leizel and Roziel and they were so outstandingly helpful. I had many questions and specific kinds of discounts to set up, and had been encountering different issues in setting them up in other apps I tried. But they were able to help me figure out all of the issues I was having. No only is PickyStory very capable in its offerings, but their instant chat support was the best thing for me. In the other apps I tried support was difficult to come by or time-delayed, but PickyStory's customer support is top-notch! Thank you Leizel, Roziel, and PickyStory!

We were looking for a long time to find an app that allowed us to make bundles and display them as a single product. This does it perfectly. Inventory is also managed automatically on an individual product basis. Support is also fantastic with a very quick response. Would definately recomend this app!

This app looks nice (that's why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1)
It displays the collections/looks nicer than other apps. But that's about where it ends.. The functionality is based on discount codes which doesn't work for a lot of scenarios. Then I am having problems with the discount not showing in the cart (it shows in checkout but not in cart) which is confusing for customers and leads to drop-outs as they think they are not getting the bundle discount. I submitted the issue on 3rd March, it is now the 30th and they still don't have a solution. The only reply I have had is when I chased them about it and they said they are still working on it. 2 weeks ago...

The app is working great! Excellent technical support :)
They helped me to start using my combos and they solved all my doubts!

This app is amazing it help me alot to achieve what i wanted to do. i was taking so much time from their support and they help me alot and they have great support. i am so much happy finally my problem has been solved.

Honestly, this is a decent App. I loved the UI and it's so easy to get started, but unfortunately, the support isn't what it used to be. I had used them in the past, and decided to give them a try to find another way to display my cross-sell.

Unfortunately, I ran into issues displaying the App on my theme. But, working worked with other App developers in the past who have been able to work around this, I expected the same from this team.

That was not the case. I explained this situation to one of the agents who advised me they would escalate the matter. When I hadn't heard from the team, I emailed the agents and informed what other 3rd party shopify app developers had mentioned. Immediately, I heard back from the team telling me that it was exactly as the other developers had said and advised me to reach out to my developer to fix. I explained that my theme isn't an issue but the app is not displaying appropriately and I haven't heard back.

Again, I've worked with Pickstory in the past. And had the same theme and the App work fine. The support at the time was AMAZING. I'm not a programmer but I don't think my theme is the issue since this worked before. And I hate using this review as a means to reach out but when I tried to check in on the matter, I haven't heard back. It's a good app, but if you have issues, you will be advised to reach out to your developer
