Bundles & Upsell | PickyStory

Newly added this app to our store. It looks very promising. Trying to set up the build-your-own-box bundle now. Their tool is very intuitive. I had a cookie-related issue when I was adding the app and it got sorted very quickly after escalated it to Support. Also, I asked for a missing feature and was happy to learn that they are already planning to release it soon. Thanks again to Ceren and all the people behind this app.

Great app and superb customer service. Just missing a few editing features when it comes to how the PickyCart looks on screen.

So far so good onboarding has been terrific Ugur has been very patient with me. Re the app it seems to have some smart features the others will need to catch up on.

Customer service is amazingly helpful. We have used the chat to interact with a kind, competent human a few times. We have also used their free 1:1 orientation/training sessions via Zoom. I so appreciate the support we get as we are learning how best to apply the app to our shop.

Amazing app already on the first few minutes got the first upsell going! Ceren gave me best help , customized for me what i needed and also helped me with the code. great service and easy to use app.

I've had a really great experience with PickStory so far. They have great customer service, I personally worked with Uğur Can and he was very helpful and timely with his responses.
This app has driven more sales for me with the upsell feature - I would highly recommend checking it out.
