This is app has really given me pain in my butt. I told them to solve a issue I was facing after turning one off there option they weren't able to do that and told me to do so... What kind of support is this who tells there clients to solve the issue by there own self's?

Such a great app, and the 24/7 support is a great help. They answered all my questions and helped with in minutes.

I'm just starting to use this app. So far it seems pretty intuitive and the customer help is great! Looking forward to using this further.

The Build Your Own Bundle feature was extremely buggy for us. Even after walking through it with an agent (who was very nice), we still couldn't get it working. The style customization options are limited (too limited for our needs). We didn't try any of the other features.

It looks like very efficient plugging it has a lot of options and customer service is knowledge and help you anyway they can.

I used this app to create a bundle for my prints (buy 2 and save 20%) - the customer service agent was really helpful on the online chat and walked me through the whole process. Thank you! My only issue would be that the bundle does not show up on the main product page, only underneath the products affiliated with the bundle when the customer clicks onto them.

Best app on Shopify. Just get it. The customer service alone is worth learning the interface. The backend takes a little getting used to and I'm sure will get even more streamlined in the future. But it's HIGHLY worth it to upsell and create automations.

Great service from the customer support and the app is working great! I highly recommend the app to every store.
