Ceren, was so helpful in fixing any product syncing issues I had. She also was able to fix any back end costing problems I was facing. 10/10 service and very quick to get back to you on the chat whenever you need assistance.

great customer support, they walk you through everything and they send you a personalized video of how to do something when needed. just starting to use the app, ive tested so many and i think i will be going with this one for my business model

I had an issue with my cart, and the agent, Ceren, was very helpful and even showed me more customizations that I could do to make Pickystory seamless with my store: great app and customer service.

The service during setup was the best I have ever had with a Shopify App. They took hours of their time to get everything perfect.

I have checked out several Bundle & Upsell apps and this is by far the most user friendly and with the most options. Great experience so far and complemented with excellent app support. Highly recommend!
