Customer service is the best here. Will sat with me this afternoon on zoom to explain the program, and when I was having trouble later on, Mary Bernadeth answered the chat quickly and provided me with not only instructions... but a video tutorial! Thank you PickyStory team :)

We installed the app and it was pretty straight forward to understand. We put together a few bundle discounts etc. and it worked right away. We had a few problems because our setting were not set right and i used the chat help service. They were fast, fixed the problem for me, and then helped me understand how I could do it better. Leizel and Ceren were amazing and I love it when a company has good support. Theirs was excellent. Thank you guys!

Even with just the free trial, this app functions so much better than any other bundling app we've used in the past. I had made some changes to our theme that accidentally overwrote the PickyStory code, however after contacting PickyStory's support staff they were able to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES! That is an outstanding response time, and they also went above and beyond to update the widget's aesthetics to match our theme (thanks Emily!). As an IC, being able to showcase the free trial's capabilities as well as the efficiency of their support staff makes it much easier to encourage my superiors to upgrade to the pro version. Highly recommend!!

Incredible customer support, we had a few requests to integrate with our theme, and the team began work right away! The onboarding was very easy, and the product itself is great - the new "combo" product feature is perfect for selling tops/bottoms on a single product page, while keeping individual items in the cart. Highly recommend!

The support team have been outstanding in their help to set the App up. I also found the help centre really valuable in working through particular elements in the set up.
