You cannot beat GREAT customer service! Alex and the dev team at PickyStory have helped us out over and over again. Im ALWAYS talking to live support, which is just amazing when it comes to web dev. This app is not only robust for cross and up-sell, but it has made tracking conversions and bundling our products even easier. The UX of both the dash and client side are great. If there is ever a need I just get in touch and they help me find a solution. Many times we have come across the need for extra features from our shopify theme, that it simply could not do, but PickStory would have a great solution for us! There is not much downside, the products do as requested. My only wish is they keep expanding their functionality!

I'm still learning how to use all the features, but it was easy to get started and get it to look how I wanted. It matches my theme perfectly and I've already seen some increase in average cart value. Customer service is quick and super friendly too!

Amazing customer service and simple to use I started using PickyStory to create bulk discount deals but then added bundles, BOGO and mix and match. Since installing it many more items and bundles have become available and it gets better with time. What really sets them apart is that the personal customer service is amazing. I am in Australia and every time I have needed help I have had a reply within minutes from a real person that solves my problem immediately. I definitely recommend.

Well this Bundle App is amazing & exactly what we were searching for. And Emily was an angel throughout the whole process! She Kindly & patiently figured everything out that we wanted (I sent her a page layout first that explained what I was looking for), then she slowly walked me through the basics and is now sending me a step by step video lesson so I can go back and do it again on my own anytime. Also note that once the first test bundle is set up it's just like copy & paste for creating the following similar ones until all your bundles are in place as you like. Great app, it definitely helps to lift AOV, and the support team is amazing! They are always fast and very helpful! Definitely worth having this app!
