We love the functionality of Picky Story, however the customer service is above and beyond! I've worked with Carlos numerous of times and he has helped me with figuring things out beyond Picky Story's capability! I really value good customer service and Picky Story sure does provide that. Been using pickystory for a month now and it has been a big help. We used to make bundles manually through shopify and tracking inventory and skus for all of the bundles was a hassle. Pickystory makes it much better. The best part is the quick customer service. Anytime we run into any type of issue they are always available. They are very helpful and responsive. I also like that they take my suggestions and put them in the queue for future updates.
